Welcome to Beyond The Drive. By booking, attending, or participating in any of our off-road driving experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the legal framework under which our events operate. Please read them carefully.
2. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk
2.1. Off-road driving involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, injury, and unpredictable terrain conditions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
2.2. Beyond The Drive, its employees, affiliates, and partners will not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence or a failure to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
2.3. All participants must comply with event safety instructions, follow guidance from professional instructors, and use safety equipment provided.
2.4. Participants must hold a valid driver’s licence (where applicable) and operate vehicles responsibly within the event’s designated areas.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your participation.
3.2. Bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
3.3. Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Beyond The Drive, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
4.2. If Beyond The Drive cancels or significantly changes the event, you may be offered a reschedule or a refund.
4.3. If you need to cancel:

Cancellations 14+ days before the event may be eligible for a credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable to another participant if notice is provided at least 72 hours before the event.

5.1. Beyond The Drive respects your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We collect your personal information solely for event administration, safety, and marketing (if opted-in).

6. Media & Photography Consent

7. Safety & Participant Responsibilities
7.1. Participants must ensure their vehicle is mechanically sound and roadworthy before attending.
7.2. Reckless driving, excessive speed, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
7.3. Beyond The Drive reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to drive (e.g., intoxicated or under the influence of drugs).
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Beyond The Drive is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property unless caused by negligence.
8.2. Participants are advised to ensure their vehicle insurance covers off-road driving activities.
